ABSTRACT
Modern trends in the design of architectural systems of residential space are considered. A retrospective analysis of the conceptuality of the residential environment from the point of view of prototype design is given. The main approaches to the formation of morphology and phenomenology of the living environment in the modern world are identified. The article presents: problematization-project tasks that arise as a result of predictive Analytics; the formation is determined by the emotional mood of comfort and security, as well as the role of the residential environment in the formation of the concept of sustainable development of the city.
