ABSTRACT
In the modern era, the reorganization of the abandoned industrial areas of the Yerevan city presupposes the revitalization of the structures and places with great functional potential. Redevelopment requirements have been studied, changing the urban environment, making it significantly more viable, and giving a new creative breath to future architectural projects. As a result of the analysis, applying a management model based on the relevant criteria for the practical use of the abandoned areas’ restructuring is proposed. The model allows us to assess the eligibility for reuse of abandoned industrial places.
