ABSTRACT

In this paper we present a study of hydrodynamic parameters change behavior at transition of outlet section of plane-parallel motion on the basis of boundary layer equations. A method was developed to reveal regularities of a stream hydrodynamic parameters change at transition outlet section which enables to reveal the main point of running processes based on the results of velocity fields deformation. Based on the obtained results computer-aided experimental studies were carried out and the course of velocity diagram deformation along the length of the transition section was found with a velocity parabolic distribution of the outflowing fluid. Regularities of pressure distribution along the length of the investigated section were also determined.
