ABSTRACT

The development and use of a virtual model and related documents serve as a basis for building information modeling. Effective management of information constantly supplementing the model requires data and resource flow management systems. The paper explores the process approach to modeling complex management systems for the technology of creating design solutions, construction, operation and deconstruction of buildings using visual modeling of construction objects. The relationships between various planning and resource management systems are examined, a methodology for managing processes through modeling is developed. The use of virtual information modeling enabling the effective management of processes at different stages of the facility life cycle is analyzed.
