ABSTRACT

In this article, the results of scientific researches of the technology of applying green inverted roofs in buildings are considered. The relevance of using this type of flat roof lies in the modern approach to the creation of green urban environment, using of additional building`s spaces on roof for vital activity, increasing the reliability and durability of roofs. In the course of the research, a system of criteria was developed to assess the efficiency of options for the erection of an investigated roof. The work identified the main criteria affecting the efficiency of the green inverted flat roof applying. An expert analysis was carried out on the significance of the criteria, which determined the most important of them for the green inverted roofing. This system of criteria will also help to determine the weakest sides for further improvement of the technology of erection for the investigated roof.
