Effect of organizational and technological factors on the development of construction workers

The article analyzes and describes the method of expert assessments used in practice. The scheme of development of construction workers ‘professions developed on the basis of theoretical analysis is proposed. It is concluded that the identified external and internal organizational and technological factors are of fundamental importance in the development of construction workers in the study region.
