ABSTRACT
Economic formation changes in the housing sector brought a certain turning point. There was a stratification of the society, which in turn led to the differentiation of housing or commercial and municipal housing. Market relations stimulated commercial housing construction, but municipal housing declined sharply. Based on the international experience and the experience developed and applied by the countries of the former Soviet Union the classifier was developed for multi-apartment commercial and municipal buildings in Armenia.
