ABSTRACT

By outstanding advantages, the application of a flipped classroom model in teaching Philology is a right and satisfactory way to meet the new Philology curriculum’s requirements. With the enhancement of information technology, the applications of Google Classroom to build online classrooms have supported and promoted many outstanding advantages of the flipped classroom. The integrated tool of Google services (Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs) is completely free, very convenient, and effective in creating and managing online classes. This chapter would like to suggest the main contents when designing an online classroom and a process of teaching Philology according to the flipped learning model with the support of Google Classroom, thereby improving the quality of teaching Philology to meet the requirements of the new Philology curriculum in Vietnam in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
