ABSTRACT
Roads deteriorate with both use and loading, and this case history describes how ground penetrating radar can be used as a cost-effective method to map the internal road layers as well as underground conditions for further maintenance planning. The case includes practical survey and planning considerations along with examples of interpretations and results.
