ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the applications of mass spectrometry-based N-glycoproteomics and N-glycomics in clinical applications between 2015 and 2020 are summarized, including glycoproteome and glycome profiling, potential biomarker and drug target discovery together with study of molecular mechanisms, as well as characterization of therapeutic glycoproteins.
