The Mother-of-Pearl Inlays process is a highly cultural and artistic creation, which has a wide range of applications. It can be seen in all lacquer arts and furniture, and it is applied with Mother-of-Pearl The price of furniture with Inlays technique is much easier than that of ordinary furniture, which shows that its value is extraordinary. However, the selling price of Mother-of-Pearl Inlays furniture has also limited its development. Especially, Mother-of-Pearl Inlays technology often relies on highly labor-intensive operations, especially in Mother-of-Pearl Inlays pattern cutting is highly technical. In this study, through traditional processing methods, we tried to use Mother-of-Pearl Inlays before laser cutting as the subject of discussion, and developed into modern processing techniques to reduce dependence on manpower, thereby reducing its cost Price. Laser cutting under normal conditions will damage the flatness and embrittlement of the edge of the Mother-of-Pearl Inlays. This study hopes to make Mother-of-Pearl Inlays easier through natural softening Laser cut. Finally, it was concluded that Mother-of-Pearl Inlays soaked in the natural white radish puree has the best effect, and it is the least energy-consuming and consistent with the sustainable spirit of agricultural waste recycling.
