To obtain results that benefit society, the state must prepare itself in legislative matters before anything else, reforms must be suggested that intervene in the introduction of artificial intelligence in government systems, and they should combine the solution of various objectives not only in the area of the use of automation systems or use of artificial intelligence but also in the framework of civil law, fiscal and financial law.
