ABSTRACT

At present, the accelerated development of artificial systems and automation make possible a huge variety of possibilities in their application and the public administration will not be the exception shortly, will cover different fields within the public management, from the conception of state budgets, infrastructure, urban planning, public safety, traffic management, and customs, etc. In an even closer relationship with private capitals, fight against corruption and efficient management of government resources, the future of smart cities will be marked by the use of technology that could absorb the entire system of public management. To obtain results that benefit society, the state must prepare itself in legislative matters before anything else, reforms must be suggested that intervene in the introduction of artificial intelligence in government systems, and they should combine the solution of various objectives not only in the area of the use of automation systems or use of artificial intelligence but also in the framework of civil law, fiscal and financial law.
