ABSTRACT
A dual Cavity SIW MIMO antennawith reduced dimensions has been developed for 4.84GHz frequency. RT Duroid (5880 Lossy)substrate whose dielectric constant value is 2.2 and height is 1.6mm has been used for designing of MIMO antenna. Size of a single cavity is 15×15mm and size of overall structure is 51.2×34.2mm.Gain of proposed geometry is 6.290dB. S11, S22, S21 parameters are -33.783dB, -25.429dB, -10.86dB respectively.Both ports of MIMO antenna are perfectly matched with input impedance. ECC is 0.005 which is less than 0.5 and considered under allowable limit of ECC. Simulation of MIMO design has been carried by CSTMW studiosoftware.
