ABSTRACT

The employees can certainly grow the expertise by working in-house to meet one company’s User Experience (UX) needs, but it is often better for our independent credentials to have done project work for a variety of different companies/clients over the course of our career. Small-business benefits for employees present an increased level of complexity. The employers may want to contact an employee benefits agency to help they find and administer benefits that are best for our business. Setting our hourly or daily rate is one of the hardest things that the employees are going to do as a consultant and business owner, and rates will vary tremendously. Depending on our business model and long-term plans for our company, the employers may see ourself as competing with other freelance UX consultants or small consulting firms.
