ABSTRACT

Quality education is a key need in society. The education system as part of society is affected by changing environmental conditions and because of change, digital learning has become a part of the modern education system. Digital learning, particularly cloud computing, which depends upon information technology, breaks down cultural and geographical boundaries and becomes an integral part of a country’s central system. Digitalization of learning systems helps to generate learning modules in a faster way. It helps academicians to join online professional development programs to improve their domain knowledge. In 2020, the situation caused by COVID-19 highly influenced each country and its education systems. The pandemic affects the education system and generates the requirement for improved digital learning in terms of usage of digital learning technology and its working patterns. The effect of quality has been measured through a structured survey, and the collected responses audited to detect any errors. The researcher targeted a sample size of 200 students to apply factor analysis for analyzing data. Factor analysis has been used on the influence of digital issues, particularly cloud technology, and identifying the vital factors of the education system. These identified factors by help to understand the influence and impact on the education system.
