ABSTRACT
Education plays an important role in the development of stable and civilized society, polishing human skills and developing the personality which helps an individual become knowledgeable and skillful. Digitalization in higher education can be defined as the use of a combination of different technologies and instruction to make the education system more effective than the traditional education system. This chapter discusses the pros and cons of the digitalization of the education system and the various issues and challenges faced by the students as a result. We will also discuss how digitalization is affecting the student’s learning process.
