ABSTRACT

Purpose. The purpose of the chapter is to explore various tools and techniques in order to enhance pedagogies in digital education. It also presents the various pedagogies in digital education which demands innovative and creative pedagogies to involve the learner in the teaching-learning process. The aim of the chapter is also to build a model framework which will cater to the needs of the learner and provide a holistic learning experience.

Design/Methodology/Approach. The chapter explores the theories and research undertaken to assess the pedagogical tools and techniques in digital education. The methodology will involve assessing and evaluating the secondary sources through meta-analysis techniques, comprising moderator analysis, sub-group analysis, funnel plot analysis, regression and forest plot analysis.

Findings. The findings of the chapter will dwell upon the various factors which play an important role in enhancing the experience of digital education and contribute towards educational tools and techniques. The findings will focus on the core areas for better learner engagement and enriched experience.

Practical Implications. The chapter will aid the educational institutions, academic community and the policy makers in formulating strategies to focus upon building institutions which enhance memorable learner-focused experiences.

Originality. The meta-analysis study is an attempt to analyse the various studies and their association through number of tests, tools and techniques to present the pedagogies of experiential digital approach.
