ABSTRACT
The subject of this chapter is the effect of the environment on fluoropolymers. The authors examine the chemical resistance of the individually available commercial fluoropolymers. Other aspects examined here are the permeation of reagents (liquids or gases) through the structure of the polymer and the effect of fillers when used in the fluoropolymer compounds.
