ABSTRACT
This chapter includes information about the safe handling and processing of commercial fluoroplastics, including the polymerization aids used in their production, the toxicology of fluoropolymers and emissions produced during their processing, and polymer fume fever. Additional subjects covered are hygiene and protective equipment.
