ABSTRACT

Inclusive education is about collaboration. This paper reviews the collaboration practices in inclusive education before and during Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). Education is expected to face any situation with collaboration practices between school professionals in inclusive education because that provides significant benefits for peers and all school professionals. During the Coronavirus outbreak, the government decided students should learn from home so that collaboration needs to be adjusted. Collaboration in inclusive education is working together on activities between the regular teacher and special education teacher where the contribution status by each of them is equal in order to discuss shared goals and problem solving to improve student performance. Collaboration practices expands the opportunity for all school professionals based on their field backgrounds and expertise which improves the successful potential of inclusive education before and during the pandemic.
