ABSTRACT

This research is conducted to analyze the possibility of Montessori visions in digital learning environment management for K-2 Children. Its aim is not just to picturize the framework of Montessori visions for future development of learning with standardized services, but also to analyze the possibility of overcoming the recent problem of distance learning in Early Childhood Education due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Integrated Literature Review is applied as a method to analyze and synthesize various articles gathered using an opportunistic sampling technique. Based on the study, there are several Montessori conceptions that are seemingly hard to integrate with recent digital worlds. However, there are some possibilities to alter the traditional learning environment with the use of AI to support the learning process. In summary, the advanced ICT, like immersive media, might not be appropriate for early children while the AI can’t single-handedly become the reliable solution.
