ABSTRACT

The use of the information technology-based learning model (e-learning) in social science subjects answers problems during and after Covid-19. This research used a literary study technique to understand the importance of using e-learning in social science subjects during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. From the study using the literature review method, the following results were found: 1) the use of e-learning products has various models that can be empowered as guidance and instructions in training and teaching legally and meaningfully, such as web courses, web-centric courses, and web-enhanced courses, 2) as a supporting element in the social science subjects, e-learning is considered capable of providing real benefits, and 3) e-learning is able to support and enrich the substance in social science subjects to improve educational quality.
