ABSTRACT

With the increment in natural contamination and energy requirement, covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are seriously encouraging and dynamic place of exploration. COFs, as the name suggests, are crystalline organic permeable materials with regular constructions and ordered pores having different benefits like low thickness and high surface territory because of which they are widely utilized in different fields like photocatalysis, gas stockpiling and separation, supercapacitors, solar cells, and energy storage fields. The book is completely based on COFs, covering a wide scope of energy points like batteries, photovoltaic, power devices, supercapacitors, and the fundamental chemistry behind the materials based on COFs followed by the difficulties and future perspective of COFs for the energy-based application.
