ABSTRACT
The software uses a character string search using AND and OR boolean operators, and parentheses. It will also search for partial words in both the author and title category. Provided with this book, on CD-ROM, is a very simple method to find titles and authors of 3905 papers in what has been termed "the intermittent grey literature", as well as over 100 papers related to hydrological simulation program in fortran. The CDROM at the back of this book includes a database and the program Biblio96. Installation of the program is intuitive: simply read the instructions on the CDROM, and activate the installation program. Using such a numbering system considerably reduces the size of the database and increases the speed of the search. However, clever users will note that the HSPF set does not use the numbering system, since the full source is included in each entry.
