ABSTRACT

Maglev train is a new type of ground tracked transport tool, which advantages are attractive and competitive in the 21st century. The maglev demonstration and operation line in Pudong Shanghai has been built successfully with the cooperation between China and Germany. Dynamic simulation is one of the key links in maglev technology research, has a very important reference meaning on promoting maglev technology. Firstly, this paper investigates the dynamic characteristics of magnet/rail relationship under the active control considering the mechanical-electromagnetic coupling field and suspension control system. Subsequently an integrated dynamic model of maglev vehicle-guideway coupling system is established based on TR maglev vehicle and the elevated-guideway technology. The response basic laws of different guideway structure are analyzed; Additionally, The response characteristics of random excitation of guideway are simulated. It is on this basis that the suggestions about the design of magnetic levitation guideway and the measure to reduce vibration are made for safe operation.
