ABSTRACT
This paper consists of two chapters. At chapter 1, consideration of the experiment about human perception is developed. A human body detects motion with various feelings; the objects of this study are human visual and physical perception. The team of chapter 2 is motion analysis of existing buildings. The objects of observation are two buildings in TOKYO. The main observation item was the acceleration of translational motion along with wind direction. Furthermore, it is possible to calculate the velocity of the torsional motion by using the data of translational motion.
