ABSTRACT
The paper presents Meschke’s damage model which is based on a combination between Rankine’s plasticity model and Meschke’s computational approach. The present damage model has been implemented into DIANA by means of a user-supplied subroutine. To demonstrate the capability of the implemented damage model two test cases will be performed, i.e. (i) tension-shear deformation of plain concrete (Willam’s test) and (ii) skew slab bridge under combined loadings.
