ABSTRACT
A number of chemicals are available to control of Varroa jacobsoni but at present there is no commonly accepted and satisfactory chemical means of eliminating Varroa from honey bee colonies. Chemical treatment reduces only the number of mites on bees and does not destroy the mites on capped brood.
