ABSTRACT

Margamulya Village, Pangalengan Sub district, is a coffee-producing center area having enormous potentials. However, some coffee business are still in the micro category with various problems being faced, one of which is the difficulty of financial access to gain capital. Therefore, in the previous community service activity, Unisba Team had succeeded in mediating Zakat Board of West Java Province to provide business capital assistance as much as 44 million rupiahs to 22 coffee farmers and entrepreneurs. The purpose of this activity is to improve management skill of Mitra Inovasi Ummat Sharia Cooperative at Margamulya Village in managing sharia cooperative in terms of sharia principles and cooperative laws-based raising and channeling funds. The result is the increased skills and understanding of the management of sharia cooperative in terms of sharia principles and cooperative laws-based raising and channeling funds. This can be seen from the change in knowledge and attitudes of posttest results on the presented material. On average 80% of participants mastered the provided material, about 70% of participants could explain the product collection and channeling funds that can be used in sharia cooperative operations such as collecting products using wadi’ah and mudharabah contracts, and channeling products using murabahah or ijarah contracts.
