ABSTRACT

The challenges of BMT are getting tougher, especially when the world of financial transactions has entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where financial services and transactions have used digital facilities in order to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, it is necessary to do a research related to the main challenges are faced BMT in this digital era and the offered solution. The method in this research is using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) that describe a basic interdependence relationship of several criteria. The result shows that the development of human resources in BMT is a top priority of maintaining the sustainability of BMT in the digital era.
