ABSTRACT

The core problems of this research are: First, the existence of the tourist attractions of Curug Masigit and the upper reaches of Cimincul water brings changes in the form of community livelihoods but on the other hand, unwittingly changes the behavior and diversity of the community. Second, the transitional community situation has brought changes that are more rational and transparent, but there are still communities that are dependent on nature and the teachings of their ancestors, which are full of customs and culture; such as serving at the time of planting, serving sasajen at the time of harvest, making overtime and many more; Third, the presence of tourists can advance culture and religious understanding, while it is illustrated that the community's understanding of Islamic teachings is still weak, even though on the other hand the activities of village MUI preaching, routine recitation, recitation in the month of Maulud and the month of Rajab, and has a number of preachers. Specifically, this study aims, first, to obtain data on how the religious beliefs of the tourism area community are. Second, to obtain data on the religious understanding of the community; Third, to obtain data on how the religious practices of the tourism area community in Pasanggrahan Village; with the phenomenological qualitative method, it is hoped that it can produce a complete picture of the object under study. The output of this research, God willing, will be published in an accredited national journal, namely “Mimbar”, namely the journal of the Islamic University of Bandung. And the results of this research are integrated with the subject “Capita Selekta Da’wah” in the theme “Paradigm and Da’wah Thought of Village and City Communities in the era of globalization”.
