ABSTRACT
This empowerment is carried out for teachers in the Cimaung sub-district to improve the professional abilities of madrasah teachers. The approach used is Asset Based Community Development. The results of empowerment show that community empowerment in running programs for their own interests can only be achieved if it involves the community. describe building community from the inside out as a way to find and list community as-sets in certain categories (e.g. personal assets, association assets or institutions), community members learn to see their reality as a glass that is half full. And the problems, now they see more of the resources and opportunities. The community that was successfully built in this is a community that realizes the importance of asset support and the potential to overcome the problems they are facing themselves.
