A quality elementary school is a community demand that needs to be responded to professionally and proportionally by the managers. Primary school managers are obliged to improve the quality of all components of their education management with full commitment. The quality of education in elementary schools will not improve without being accompanied by a systematic and sustainable implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS).
