ABSTRACT
The service activities currently carried out to assist the development of Salman ITB Researches and Publications Division were still facing various obstacles, both in terms of human resources which were not competent enough and lack of expertise, as well as from the side of knowledge on publishing and management, which was not yet sufficient. An-other technical obstacle experienced by the division was the limited capacity of human resources owned by it which hindered the realization of the development plans formulated for its publication activity. The method applied in this assistance program was the ABCD (Assets Based Community Development) method. The method was chosen because Salman ITB Researches and Publications Division has already had excellent assets in the form of several previous publishing histories and public references dealing with religious issues in Bandung, Indonesia. These advantages are need-ed to develop in this assistance program. Hopefully, by conducting these service activities, some excellent programs owned by Salman ITB Researches and Publications Division, such as (1) Researches and Scientific Publications on Islamic Interpretation; (2) Researches and Publications dealing with the Anthology of Humanity Issues; (3) Series of Publications dealing with Religious Lectures Conducted at Salman ITB Mosque; (4) Studies and Publications dealing with Strategic Issues which can be realized gradually, can also be developed.
