ABSTRACT

Indonesia is slowly moving towards a digital ecosystem in Southeast Asia, with the growth of the e-commerce business continuing to increase. E-commerce start-up companies in Bandung have the potential to be developed and reduce unemployment because they absorb labor. The e-commerce business start-up utilizes web-based technology and applications to provide facilities and services, so that all end-to-end customer needs can be met with just a cell phone. Based on this potential, the web hosting and domain service provider business is a promising business and allows new competitors in this business activity. This study aims to map the business model of e-commerce start-up business in Bandung by taking samples at OYO rooms using nine Business Model Canvas blocks which are expected to be able to solve existing problems and conduct a SWOT analysis of their business model to see strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats owned by the OYO rooms.
