ABSTRACT

In every century there are some types of epidemics and pandemics, where lakhs of individuals are affected. It is humans alone who are responsible for this type of massacre. Scientists try their best to discover antidotes and take measures to control it to their best capacity. However, once the epidemic is over, people forget their liability and take very few precautions against re-occurrence. Recently, it has been found that global pollution is one of the major factors for rapid spread of infectious diseases. Such types of pandemic can be controlled with strict control of pollutants in the air. If this is the case, then the world must be ready to face more epidemics and pandemics if pollution is not well controlled in the near future. It is high time for humans to become aware of their limitations and try their best to restrict activities that may increase the pollution level in the air.
