ABSTRACT

We consider a method of design calculations of the hydropulse device for vibration cutting with radial vibroturning and pressure pulse generator coupled with a ring spring. Hydraulic cylinder of plunger type of incisor in vibrating motion is hydraulically connected with pressure pulse generator and loaded with a second ring spring, which provides a reverse stroke of the plunger cylinder. This technique allows design calculations to be performed for simple relationships identifying all the basic energy, power and geometric parameters of the device
