ABSTRACT

The diagnostic method of wear for cylinder-piston couples of pumps of a radial piston hydromachine is presented. The proposed method is based on a universal mathematical model of dynamic processes in the pump of a radial piston hydromachine with ball pistons. Such model takes into account the inertial properties of the spherical ball pistons, pump stator, elastic properties of the fluid in the control cylinder, eccentricity, charge pressure, and in the pressure area, rotor rotation frequency. As diagnostic parameters, experimental data on the stator vibrations of the pump are taken into account, which are highly informative and easy to acquire and process. The results of the calculation and experimental research are given.
