ABSTRACT
This chapter presents significant parts of doctoral exploration concerning advancement of the execution with regard to business difficulties of the board presented by computerized changes. The exploration was directed as a feature of the Research Center of Business Administration in The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania.
