ABSTRACT

In the wake of COVID-19, most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) shall need to reorganize in terms of their future decisions. One such facet involves digital innovation. However, understanding a flow based on a transition model, as well as performance indicators, is necessary within this new scenario. Thus, the following research question arises: how can spinner innovation and knowledge flow help human resources (HR) to become digital human resource management? This chapter demonstrates an application of the flow of startups to becoming SMEs following the COVID-19 outbreak based on the Spinner innovation and knowledge flow. This represents a new approach in terms of the literature according to the systematic and hierarchical classification of the search for English language articles published in recent years. We expect these results may encourage HR professionals and researchers to influence decisions and people to implement digital innovation processes in order to drive innovation.
