ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence (AI) techniques are the methods by which machines like computers can have the ability to think and apply logic such as human beings, speech recognition, problem solving, and image processing. Image processing techniques are the methods for improving the quality of the image and deriving information from them. Image processing techniques in collaboration with the Internet of Things (IoT) platform promises to usher us to the growth of automation and different smart devices and architecture. This chapter elaborates the tools used in image processing to use AI, advantages, and limitations along with the impact of image processing techniques in IoT.
