ABSTRACT

Based on the network interconnection, a situational-intelligence network environment was built to discuss the cognitive analytics of social media in industrial manufacturing. Additionally, a cognitive service analysis model of industrial manufacturing was constructed, and the simulation performance of other common algorithms was compared with the improved algorithm. The results showed that the service cost and completion time of the improved algorithm were lower than other algorithms, while the resource utilization was significantly higher, up to 88%. In the comparative analysis of transmission performance of system data, it was found that the transmission performance of the improved algorithm was the best regarding transmission delay, data acceptance rate, network throughput, and energy consumption. Hence, the system constructed obviously has better transmission performance and higher resource utilization rate, which provides experimental reference for the later stage of intelligence and development of industrial manufacturing.
