ABSTRACT
Given the Chapter 1 derivation of the Lebesgue measure spaces (ℝ, M L (ℝ), m) and (ℝ, B (ℝ), m), it is logical that this chapter should address the definition and properties of “measurable” functions on these spaces. This will indeed be done, but our true goal is more ambitious.
