ABSTRACT
IoT is the interconnection of various physical devices with the help of the internet for sharing data or resources. IoT is gaining popularity because of its advantages in various sectors such as industry automation, healthcare, smart homes, smart cities, agriculture, etc. The chapter covers the successful implementation of IoT in healthcare. It discusses different wearables invented using IoT in health services, the various healthcare areas where IoT is gaining popularity, and the research work that has been done in healthcare using IoT along with their comparison and limitations.
