ABSTRACT

—In this research work I have formulated an artificial intelligence based routing path estimation methodology of heterogeneous droplets on 2-D layout of Digital Micro Fluidic Biochip. Main emphasis give on avoiding or minimizing cross contaminations between two or more droplets. In heterogeneous droplet routing technique, it is very vital to avoid crossover of rote path as these crossover will contaminate two or more droplets. Since droplets are heterogeneous in nature, cross contamination will produce wrong result. ***In this work, I formulate an algorithm to avoid or minimize crossover between more than one heterogeneous droplets by incorporating artificial intelligence. I have got very encouraging outcome of this proposed methodology.
