ABSTRACT

Leakage of harmful gases is a major problem in domestic and industries. Sensing of the hazardous gases leakage is very low; we cannot find it by smelling due to lake of patience and some other external factors. Weather Changes Play a Significant Role in the Company, Any Changes in Environment of the Machines or Materials Cause Serious Losses to the Manufacturing and Impact the Production of the Business. To protect from this type of damage, we have introduced an IoT-based industrial monitoring system. If the threshold level of gas is improved, it causes a disaster. The alternative concept is described in this article in order to avert this calamity in advance. This gadget incorporates embedded sensors, micro-controllers, and Internet of Things firmware. This sensor controls the identification of LPG dangerous gases and includes some additional warning functions. Humidity and temperature sensors (DHT22), biosensors (MQ-6), flame sensors (LM 2903), and NodeMCU's designed Wi-Fi module are a few of the detectors which are used to detect multiple metrics (ESPZ8266). The sensors collect information in their own fields at the same time and send it to the NodeMCU, which then does different things.
