This thesis depicts the chore that has been done in the arrangement and advancement of a remote OBD nimble the executive framework. The framework objectives to calculate parameters value of cars for observing and scanning motives. An OBD scanner is intended to compute numerous parameters of vehicles such as speed, coolant temperature, engine torque and so on. This information is then sent by means of Bluetooth from a vehicle and then transmits to WiFi to a cloud server, for example, ThingSpeak Server, Blynk App, Thingview application for real time monitoring of parameters. An information base administration network is executed at the cloud host for the capacity and the board of sent information and Graphical.User.Interface-GUI is produced for examining the communicated information. Enormous capability trials are organized to confirm the serviceability of the framework. The outcomes showed that the network is efficient for scanning the different elements value of vehicles, and can effectively measure, communicate and show the readings. Data accumulated on the cloud server by using ESP8266 central processor. Recently comfort tools linked with continuous car curb and navigating figures have been utilizing OBD from the vehicle system.
