ABSTRACT
The world has now come to an unprecedented technology and industrial revolution, based on innovative fusion of new information technologies such as the internet, big data and the artificial intelligence (AI), and has gradually established rapid, efficient and low cost calculation, data processing and storage of the new system. Our understanding and exploration of the objective world has also moved forward into information space from physical space, building channel, hub, and platform to support connecting, accurately mapping, interactive feedback and effective control between virtual and reality, atoms and bits. The context and trend of the global digital transformation has been increasingly clear: reshaping the whole system of production, growing with data as the core factor of production, and forming development outlook, methodology, value judgment and the operating mechanism are now the essential elements and paths for reshaping the core competitiveness and for improving the efficiency and quality of network and intelligence fields.
