ABSTRACT
The long-term outcomes for patients with cloacal malformations are not well reported. Only a few centers are highly specialized in the surgical management of this complex anomaly, and there is no standardized reporting system for complications or outcomes. An attempt at such a collaborative reporting structure is currently underway by the PCPLC, visit www.PCPLC.org.
